- control of encumbrances and claims in the competent Mortgage Office and Cadastral Office.
- control of the respective plot in the Regional Directorate of Public Property of Macedonia Thrace, in order to avoid subsequent claims of the Greek State.
- control for the respective building, with a building permit before the year 1978, in the Directorate for the Rehabilitation of the Impact of Natural Disasters of Northern Greece in order to confirm its characterization as "green".
- preparation of a real estate audit report.
- registration of the contracts and other registrable deeds in the competent Land Registry and Cadastral Office.
